Geberit Spin to Win 2020 Terms & Conditions
The Promotion Overview and the Terms and Conditions that follow describe the ‘Geberit Spin to Win’ promotion and shall be deemed to be accepted by any installer or contractor participating in the scheme.
Promotion Overview
- The Geberit Spin to Win promotion 2020 scheme is made up of two separate promotions; 1) Instant Win and 2) Prize Draw entry. In order to qualify for either promotion a registration needs to be completed on the www.geberit-spin.co.uk portal.
- The Geberit Spin to Win Promotion 2020 scheme is open all UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) professional installers and contractors aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its subsidiary companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to participate
- To register on the portal you must provide evidence of spend £250 (exclusive of VAT) on a single transaction at a participating merchant. Purchases that benefit from additional discounts through the merchant support scheme are not considered eligible spend.
- On completion of registration you will be given free entry to the ‘Spin to Win’ Instant Win promotion. Prize winners will be informed immediately.
- The Prize Draw will be drawn on the last day of each month the during which the promotion is running (31 July, 31 August, 30 September, 31 October, 30 November, 31 December) one winner from all of the registrations during that calendar month will be selected at random to win a £1000 Canopy and Stars Holiday Vouchers. No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
- The promotion includes purchases made from 1st July to 31st December.
Terms & Conditions
- Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the participant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- An individual may enter the promotion on more than one occasion but will need to register on each separate occasion. Entries are limited to one per day.
- Instant Win prizes: There are a total of 468 prizes to be won on the ‘Spin to Win’ Instant Win promotion and 6 prize draw prizes of £1000 holiday voucher.
Instant win prizes available are as follows: Strap carabiner keyring chain in black solid x20, TTS tape measure in black x10, bespoke back to work hygiene packs x20, Russell quarter zip Artic fleece 10, PPE kit – gloves and masks x20, £20 Love To Shop vouchers x5, CLIPSPEED dumbells set adjustable weights x2, LG Electronics 32-inch HD ready smart LED TV with Freeview play x1 per month.
- Prize Draw prize: The 6 winners of the holiday vouchers will be drawn at random on the last day of each month at Geberit House, CV34 6NH. The winner of the holiday vouchers will be contacted by Geberit by email within 14 days of the draw date. Should Geberit be unable to contact the winner within 30 days of the draw date or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Geberit reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- All prizes are available as described on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided. The vouchers are non-transferrable and there are no cash alternatives.
- The Canopy and Stars Holiday vouchers are valid from 12 months from the date of issue.
- The 6 winners of the ‘Canopy & Stars’ holiday vouchers may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Geberit.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Geberit Sales Ltd and accordingly Geberit Sales Ltd may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Geberit Sales Ltd as a result thereof.
